Our company represents one of the biggest companies of
prefabricated houses made from concrete, with headquarters
in Athens; this is the company, “KALLERGIS”, Ioannis Kallergis
& Co LTD. The houses are manufactured using reinforced concrete,
with the system of beehives of specific dimensions (3.60
* 7.20 * or 8.50 or 9.50), statically independent from each
other. With the assembly of beehives you achieve the ideal
residence, which satisfies the requirements of aesthetics
as for the composition of volume and the form of faces,
not only as an individual building, but also in relation
to other buildings of the region.
 The
way of building it does not differ from the conventional
way either in terms of construction or statics.
Every beehive is comprised from its floor, which is constituted
from a perimetric U 200, in which are inserted crosspieces
to the small direction of the beehive. In the corners and
the middle of each beehive, there are created bases of support,
where the pillars of construction are placed the corners
of whom are G shaped with dimensions 40/40/25/25 and in
the middle are orthogonal 40/25 while in their finish are
connected with the perimetric bind-beam of the structure.
The roof is also comprised from reinforced concrete; it
is concreted together with the perimetric girder following
the conventional way of building.

IRON-CONCRETE-INSULATION MATERIAL
The use of structural steel and concrete is combined with
new general insulation material thus giving you the security
of a robust residence with the best specifications of heat
insulation.The tile roof is manufactured using concrete
with insulation material, so as to avoid problems created
by conventional tiles (fractures, surge of waters, humidity,
etc)
LAYING
The transport of prefabricated residences is done in parts
from the factory to your plot, in individual smaller buildings
(blocks - beehives) using a special system of wheels or
with articulated lorries. The configuration of your plot
determines also the precise way and method that will be
followed so that the laying of your house to be done in
a 100% safe way. The special cranes approach the plot and
together with the house they remove the system of wheels
with which they transport and place the individual prefabricated
blocks on to the foundations.
ISOSTONE
The constructions are manufactured using the monoblock method;
they are strengthened, with corner columns, intermediate
pillars and beams. The corner and intermediate pillars,
like the beams are manufactured by F16 cement iron and F10
hoops at every 10cm. Specially made metal moulds are placed
at the internal and exterior side of the building and then
filled with concrete of B300 type using cement vibrators
in order to not have any empty spaces in the concrete. Removing
the moulds, the construction comes out in a mono-block which
is particularly strong and doubly strengthened with the
system of pillars and beams following specifications that
entirely conform to the most modern stipulations of layout.
